Her surgery is scheduled for 10:50am tomorrow and should last about an hour and a half or two hours.

After 20 previous surgeries, I keep thinking it will get easier but it never does. I, too, know she will be just fine.....she's a real trooper! I will try to post an update sometime tomorrow.

I hope and pray everything goes well, with the operation......and that Stacey will heal quickly.....we found out hubby's got a hernia......has to go to his family doctor on the 17th, I think it is, to find out more and see what needs to be done.....he thinks it can be done right there at the doctor's office.....wow, that would be great and amazing!!!!! So much has changed in medical technology......and so many procedures have become an "in and out" thing, with little recovery time!

Thanks so much for your prayers, Nora! I hope your husband's procedure goes smoothly and it can be done in the doctor's office. If so, it sounds like it might be done by the laparoscopic procedure, which has a much shorter recovery time than the "open" procedure......Please keep me posted on when he will have his procedure.

I sure will, Sandy.....yes, most definitely, I am really, really hoping for that laparoscopic procedure......just in and out of the doctor's office......that would be so great...........I remember, and think back, to the horrendous, nightmarish week last year when he was in the hospital a week.......ughhhhh.........very difficult, driving back and forth two, maybe three, times a day!!! Really wears a person out!
