Anderson Cooper of CNN announces he is gay! Cooper announces, "The fact is, I’m gay" The fact is I'm straight. so who cares? He has tried to maintain privacy about his sexual life, but due to bullying has decided to go public. Of course, I already knew, and I don't think this is the first time Anderson has goine public.

The problem is he is a news reporter, and sometimes he covers areas of the world where making such an announcemen is dangerous. What is the deal with making your sex life public? Why can't people be what they are? No one ever asked me if I were gay or straight except on Gather, and I think it is wrong. Just let people be who they are without making public announcements.

I have to say that it does not matter to me what anyone is on here. As long as we respect each other then I do not care. I am taking the attitude of a child from now on. They do not care if you are black or white, thin or heavy, boy or girl, gay or straight, tall or short, pretty or pretty homely! We are what we are. We wear the colors we like, the type of clothes that feel comfortable to us, we watch what we like to watch on TV, we listen to music that we feel comfortable and like to listen to. So I have to say who you like or love is your likes and loves and has nothing to do with me or anyone else. If we could all get up and start our day off with just being ourselves and accepting others for who and what they represent it would be a wonderful world. Before we talk about someone else, or go to say something about someone else we should start by looking deep into ourselves and find what could be better and make that change, instead of wanting to change someone else. We must all like ourselves before we can like someone else.

It is his choice, he wanted to say something, and maybe saying something will help someone else,, even if it just one person, that counts, why judge him for coming out of the closet, as for you, gee all your talk about you and your family it is easy to say you werent. so it dont matter either way. I porud of him for saying so, he is an adult we are not to judge him

I have noticed alot of gays coming out alot more in the public spot light. If your gay, your gay. I don't care either way. I'd turn a gay person down just as quick as I would a straight person. "Thanks for the offer. But thank you. I am already happily and hopeless in love."
