During this year's BET Awards Rev. Al Sharpton and Maze featuring Frankie Beverly are the honorees. Hosted by Samuel L. Jackson there will be performance by legendary Cissy Houston and R&B singer D'Angelo.
Also performing at the awards will be G.O.O.D Music, Rick Ross, Meek Mill, Nicki Minaj, Wale, Big Sean, Chris Brown, 2 Chainz and Usher.
Presenters for the BET Awards include Jamie Foxx, Tyler Perry, Laz Alonzo, Quentin Tarantino, Meagan Good, Cedric The Entertainer, Taraji P. Henson and Kevin Hart.
Some of the nominees are Beyonce, Jay Z and Kanye West, Chris Brown, Usher, Big Sean, Mindless Behavior, Rihanna, Trey Songz, Trina, J. Cole, Viola Davis, Angela Bassett and Denzel Washington. For Best Movie, the nominees are The Help, Red Tails, Laugh At My Pain, Jumping The Broom and Good Deeds.
As far as the winners are concerned, you will have to tune in Sunday, July 1st on BET!
