Eric Holder not to be prosecuted!

The justice department announced that despite an indictment from Congress, Attorney General Eric Holder and good friend of President Obama will not be prosecuted! What does Brian Terry's family think of that? Well, how would you feel if your son died and no one was held responsible?

Eric Holder should resign! That is the simple truth of the matter. No matter what he knew about Fast and Furious, he was the head man! As captain of the ship, he should take the blame!

That's what a man would do.

They probably don't like it. The more important question is "What's the law?" There's no legal case to prosecute Holder.

I agree. He should fire himself.
Lying to Congress (you cannot wait 8 or 10 months after sending a letter, then request a "do-over"), and failiong to comply with their subpoenas.

Pretty much sounds like a "legal case" to me!

Plus, if it is proven that Obama did not have the proper grounds to invoke Privilege, he may be charged with Obstruction of Justice.

NO on is above the law (ask Nixon!)

he would have to be prosecuted by someone in his own office, and he's the boss - so of course they won't prosecute him

Eric Holder is a criminal, and the very best of criminals walk free in society. That's what makes them so good.

It was expected it would go this way, though not fair, but what about life is?

No surprise there... it is the fox watching the hen-house with the DOJ anyway. Sometimes I think that position should be an elected one, like in most(?) states. Then you would have somebody run on performance/record of enforcing the law, not be a hand picked politicized fox. Might be more independent in actions that way...???
It's obvious he has lied to Congress (again) and covering up, and thinks himself above the House, which represents us.. the people.

Eric Holder is as big a criminal as" Blako" from Chicago but he is in bed with obama. When is Americans going to stop obama and his bedfellows from being above the law???????????

So by this logic, George Bush should go to jail for Pat Tillman's death.
There is no reason I know of, for Congress not to assign a Special Prosecutor.

Plus as a last resort, the Sergeant at Arms of the House, has the authority to arrest him.
