Mila Kunis always looks fabulous, but country chic may be her new, hottest style. Denim on denim—a Club Monaco shirt over Current/Elliott jeans—topped by a black felt Rag & Bone hat pulled low over her perfectly made-up eyes. A country look with a sophisticated twist. It's a little welcome exposure for the actress, reports Celebrity Gossip, appearing on the cover of the August 2012 Glamour. Her new movie, Ted, opens this week.
There is nothing casual about the makeup Kunis sports for the cover shoot. Her dark, sable-brown eyes—which perfectly match her glossy hair—are lined with the blackest of liquid eyeliner—and an expert hand holding the brush. Mila Kunis goes for mascara that is long, more than voluminous, for that wide-eyed, not-quite-innocent look. Her cheeks are defined in a glowing peach, and more peach gleams on her lips. Simple, but polished. Fabulously photo-ready.
The actress is ready to talk weight, but not in the usual how-to-get-it-off way. Mila Kunis has no problem, but it seems people always want her to be something she's not. "Gosh, you're really too skinny," co-workers said, after she lost drastic weight for the ballerina movie Black Swan. Now that she is back to her normal, gorgeous figure, she has received a few negative comments—"She looked better when she was anorexic-looking."
Body shaping is part of an actress's world, but she can't let it go too far. "How did your body feel, 25 pounds lighter?" the interviewer asks.
"Flat, flat, flat. There was no shape, no form, nothing, nothing."
Mila Kunis knows how to deal with the situation. "You can't please everyone," she says. So let it go.
