Speaker Boehner promises to repeal Obama Care after the Supreme Court upheld the healthcare law in a vote of 5-4. It's not over yet, folks! Republicans still believe the law is unconstitutional!
According to Yahoo, "'Today's ruling underscores the urgency of repealing this harmful law in its entirety,' Boehner said in a statement just minutes after the court released its ruling. Boehner's Republican-led House will likely vote to repeal the measure, but Obama's fellow Democrats in the Senate are certain to block it."
So this round goes to the Democrats, but what about the people of the United States? Are they happy with the ruling? No! This gives Republicans more ammo in the election. It is painfully obvious that our nation is not following the Constitution. Instead, it is following a judicial course of interpretation rather than law.
The fight is not over, and Republicans will win this one eventually.

If the republicans sat down and worked on something good, it would be free market healthcare reforms that are opposed by Democrats and the medical industrial complex. And that wouldn't reflect well on the "Democrates" or the "PRESIDENT".
I'm also not an advocate of pulling the rug out from others. Implementation of these ideas should be done in a way that doesn't leave the poor and sick in the street.
