Miley Cyrus stepped out on her fiance's arm for the first time since announcing her engagement. She looked stunning in her little black dress as she supported Liam Hemswoth. Her tiny figure earns a great deal of attention, but she insists her choice of dress at last night's Australians in Film Breakthrough Awards was meant to be low-key.
The happy couple looked great together with their outfits complimenting each other. Miley wanted to be there simply to support her man, not attract attention. As if that is possible when she wears something a little bigger than a band-aid. When asked about her wardrobe, Miley explains, "I just wanted to wear something simple because tonight is all about him." Her simple dress nearly stole the show, but it isn't her fault she looks that good.
She could not help gushing about her man, "I'm super stoked for him. He's really happy, and it's great!" As rumors about a weekend wedding swirl, Miley revealed what first attracted her to the Australian hunk, "I like when men work hard, I think it's important." His gorgeous looks certainly helped, but Miley Cyrus says it was a combination of things.
"I think there's a masculinity about [Australian men] that's like growing up in the South, like I did. It's very respectful and they are a little bit more respectful," Miley adds. So, she likes the sexy hero types. Liam Hemsworth certainly fills the bill.
