Britney Spears: Is 'X Factor' Judge Moving to Malibu?

Britney Spears appears to have a brand new home, albeit a temporary digs. Reports have surfaced that Britney is renting a brand new Malibu mansion.

According to the tabloid reports, the new place for the "X Factor" judge is costing her a whopping $14,900 a month in rent. That seems like quite a pretty penny for the singer who still has to have someone watch over her money for her. Still one gets what they pay for...and a place at the beach is going to come with a big price tag.

So, will Britney Spears keep renting or will she eventually buy a new home for her, the kids, and fiancé Jason Trawick? A beach-side view in Malibu would be fun, but the $6.9 million price to purchase her rental property is certainly a heft sum of cash. Would Britney be able to stretch the budget, or will she find something a little cheaper that isn't on the water?
