Magnetic Prototype the Key to UFO Tech? (Video)

A video on YouTube seems to show a startling invention which the creator says is the key to UFO flight technology. Can it be real?

In the video, a gyroscopic rotor device, laden with magnetic bars, is set spinning at a high rate of speed when influenced by another set of magnets, reversed in polarity. The result is a demonstration of what the YouTuber, ravansnz, claims is a prototype for alien spacecraft technology.

The inventor then shows there is no trickery in the device by pulling the motor apart and stacking the components, all in a single video take.

The rotor spins smoothly and quietly (although that's not for certain because of the unfortunately selected, and annoying, background music—turn down the volume!) and is regulated by the proximity of the opposing magnetic force nudged closer and closer. It doesn't seem any energy, other than inexhaustible magnetism, is being consumed.
