Mother's day
in May was a good day for me. All my children contacted or checked in one way or another. Missed my oldest son's call by 15 minutes but still he did call and wished me a happy mother's day. Our daughter and children came in the morning hours up until 1:00 p.m. They had me blinded folded and guessing what gifts I had. It was fun.
Later got together
with my two younger sons and we went
out to Timbergrill Buffet and had a good time there. Met my daughter in law to be Morey there and gave her her mother's day gift and got a photo with her then got photos during our dinner outing with my sons and children and daughter in law Helen. Mother's day was a great all around day
Father's Day was this past weekend. Youngest son, daughter and their families met us at Discovery Park in Spokane Valley, We had a great day. Our two older sons called and talked to their dad as well. The kids had a great time. We had some good food as well.
This year hubby and I gave gift cards to our sons to their favorite stores. My youngest son gave my husband a hat with fake hair to keep his balding head warm.
It is pretty funny but he said it is nice on cooler days.

en was great. It was a really nice day, quite windy but a warm chinook wind rather than cold. It did not rain until all had gone home then we had thunder storm that evening.
