8-Month-Old Killed by Pitbull; Mom Says 'Tragic Accident'

Tyzhel McWilliams, the 8-month-old killed by pitbull Zulu, tragically lost his life because he was left alone and the dog bit the child in the head. The poor baby was crawling across the floor when Zulu launched out and killed the child with a single bite to the head. The mother of this poor baby says his death was a "tragic accident." If only she had heeded the warning that leaving your baby in the presence of a dog unsupervised was asking for trouble.

Zulu had to be put down but the other two pitbulls were returned to the house. Since there is no longer a child in the home there was no reason to keep the dogs away. When asked what she would have done differently the woman said, "I guess not have dogs around the baby." Really? You think? Sadly there won't be a next time for Tyzhel. The sweet little boy lost his life because his mother couldn't use her brain.

No arrests have currently been made, and while this mother will forever know her actions led to the death of her baby, she should be prosecuted for neglect or endangering the life of her child. Police have been questioning people in connection with the incident so there is a chance someone will face charges in this case. Killed by pitbull is the last headline anyone wants to see and gives these poor dogs even more they must overcome to not be thought of as vicious killers.
