TGIF (Thank God It's Friday) Poem

The alarm awakes us as we roll over to the left,

a yawn, a breath of fresh air as words sputter out "TGIF".

Now is it the restaurant, buy one get one situation,

Thank God It's Free, no limits just speculation.

Fridays are for fish fry's and yes I'm hungry,

To Go In For my check on Fridays cause all I really want is the money.

Thank God I'm Fresh cause I love shopping at the mall,

Thank God I'm French

Thank God It's Florida

After work I'm going to the beach and I might be bringing sand,

That Guy Is Fine but I already have a quality man.

Toes Go In First is this ocean water

Thank God I'm Female, in my 2 piece and a biscuit.

Thank God I'm Filipino

That Girl Is Freaky

Tadpoles Grow Into Frogs

Thank God It's Funday
