When you are at the garden center or your local Kmart etc, keep your eyes open for WHITE flowers. We have white snapdragons in the front garden (which the squirrels seem to leave alone for some reason) and they positively glow in the dark. Others that work well are Lamb's Ears, Silver Sage, Silver Tansey and anything else with a white flower. The Silver Sage (if I remember correctly, are a cat magnet because the plant is so cool on a hot day! It might be one to consider for our garden because we don't have any cats in the neighborhood... squirrels yes... cats no!
