The striking green number featured a gold chain embellishment on the collar, a pleated bodice, and black side panels that enhance her already-svelte figure.
Black mesh pumps and a black and gold statement ring accessorized Heidi's look.
The supermodel complemented her look with shiny blonde locks, shimmery eye makeup, and glossy lips.
