Nobody was impressed with Casey Anthony during her telephone interview with Piers Morgan. In fact, the emotional outrage her pompous words caused only further proved that she's among the most hated people in the United States. Now there are legal troubles involving this interview and the details are downright laughable—but so is Tot Mom, so what do you expect?
Attorney Spencer Kuvin contacted CNN with a 'cease and desist' order, demanding that any audio, video, transcripts or any other material regarding Casey Anthony be relinquished to his clients. Reason being: she belongs to them. Say what?
Private Elevator Productions is the client represented by the Florida law firm, and Spencer Kuvin claims that they possess all worldwide rights to Casey Anthony's interviews and interview-related materials because of an agreement reached with Tot Mom herself back in 2011. Isn't that nuts?
Well, these people can harass CNN and Piers Morgan all they want, because it's been revealed that Private Elevator Productions does not possess any signed contract between Casey and themselves.
