Scarlett Johansson seems to have no interest in doing raunchy nude scenes on the big screen... even if it were for a plum role like one in Fifty Shades of Grey.
Why is ScarJo so bent against it? Why does she sound terrified?
Clearly having one's cell phone hacked and private pictures made public and spread all over the internet may be one reason for Johansson to slam on the brakes. Then again, perhaps it is the bigger fear of the rewind button.
"I'm still making up my mind about when or how I'll do a nude scene," explains Scarlett Johansson. "You always imagine people buying the film on DVD and going back and forth watching your boobs over and over again."
You have to give it to her, the thought of some creepy guy (or gal) wearing out a DVD or Blu Ray disk to watch Scarlett Johansson's breasts over and over again is kind of repulsive. Still, the question may boil down to how much money is she willing to take to bare all (or almost all) in what could become an iconic role, based on the best-selling book? This is a question that ScarJo will certainly have to come to terms with and one where there is no easy answer.
