Bristol Palin sued for defamation!

Bristol Palin and Bristol Palin's show, "Lifes a Tripp," are being sued along with A&E. It seems that a man was heckling Bristol Palin as she filmed her show at a bar. The man called her and her mother, Sarah Palin names. Allegedly, Bristol Palin said that he was a homosexual.

So he got what he wanted: a lawsuit. The real story is that Bristol Palin's show was filming, and this man claims he wasn't aware that he was being filmed when the altercation occurred. Of course, he might have looked at the cameras as a hint.

He goes on to claim that his image has been used without his permission. So the show gets sued along with Bristol Palin.

What a sorry world we live in where people are sue-happy! Oh well!

I dont understand how someone can sue another for calling them a homosexual though... This means that anyone can sue for just about anything .... and we wonder why, the court is so backlogged... Dont she have freedom of speech? Look, at all of the names that her and her mother were called..

how could he not see the cameras? Geez, anything to make money these days. I saw the segment when Bristol did a segment on Good Morning America. That is what she showed. She definitely was giving him hell because he said something nasty about her mother. I didn't hear her say anything about him being gay though.

The incident was edited in order to make her the victim. This chick will do and say anything and everything in order to keep her no talent butt in the lime light.

gee need to get sources correct she going on Lifetime not A&E so he can sue A&E all he want, he wont get nothing, lifetime will cover thier tracks,,

just thinking; is he gay? If he is, what's the problem? If he isn't, he's obviously prejudice. So let's hear it Democrats!! :):)
