...The five founding members recently met in New York to participate in what was billed as the first annual World Burping Championship, with burper Tim Janus coming out on top with an 18.1-second burp.

...These Belching champs Hold their heads up high and proud, but when will the farting championship be held???? I just went into training for that!!

...This is The belch heard round the world, because the local news crews around the world, wanted something funny on.

Well, I've just learned something new. There is a World Burping Federation and a championship! I can't imagine many people will show up for a farting competition, however. That would be better watched on video.

true, but if you rip one before midnight on new yeas eve, and clear out the bar, the competition seems to thin out. At least it did that one time.
