Gretchen Rossi may star in the Real Housewives of Orange County, but that doesn't mean she isn't a fan of the other franchises as well! Gretchen has been watching the fifth season of Real Housewives of New York as she's ready to chat about it!
In her blog with Celebuzz, Gretchen explains that it has been hard to get used to the three new faces. "It's like when your favorite soap opera brings in a new person to play your favorite character. It just never seems to feel right at first." The only difference is that when soaps bring on someone new, they bring one new person at a time -- Real Housewives of New York replaced half the cast!
Regarding the new casts' personalities, Gretchen reveals, "I appreciate Aviva's sophistication and Heather's work ethic, however out of all the newbies I would say I am the most intrigued by Carole." Fans didn't see much of Carole during episode 1 but during episode 2 she revealed that she's in an open relationship with a rock star! Gretchen says, "I used to think that could be fun, but I have changed my tune on that." Gretchen is in a committed relationship with Slade Smiley. Although they aren't engaged, they have recently revealed that they will be planning a family soon.
Gretchen Rossi also discussed the LuAnn/Ramona drama saying, "Anytime a 'truce' is made we all know in Housewife land that means disaster is waiting to occur!" She also predicted that things could even get worse!
