Happy Tuesday everyone. Welcome to Norma’s Café. I posted update on Monday’s café regarding Norma and Donald so if you didn’t get the news go back to the Monday café and get my update. It is a beautiful sunny and cooler morning here in my corner of Iowa. High today will be in the upper 70s and it doesn’t get any better than that. The AC if off and windows open and the cooler morning air is welcome after some hot days. I am still working on drying out carpet from my pipe leak on Saturday. I got the area under my bathroom sink dried and things put away so my bathroom is back in order. I will have things from the linen closet out until it is dry and the drywall repaired so my bedroom is messy.
Have you ever looked a bald eagle right in the eye? This morning the eagle cam is zooming in on a couple of the eaglets and you are literally looking right into their eyes. Two are in the nest and one is sitting out on a branch not far away . Judging by when the others started to fly, number three should take off this coming week-end. They have been fun to watch and still have a lot of learning to do, as in how to hunt for their own food. The should be around until early September.
I just know this is going to be a good day for Norma. With Donald now well enough to drive to the rehab center to see her she is getting better. I know it must be good for both of them. Norma we are app pulling for you and keeping you in our prayers.
The coffee is fresh and hot and ready for you to get the first cup. Would you rather have tea or cocoa/ I’ve got that too. Don’t worry if you prefer a cold drink. The sodas, juice, milk, iced tea and lemonade at waiting in the fridge. Come on in and sit a spell. Let me get you a beverage and you can tell me about you day. Is anyone having company today? Don’t forget to leave your messages for Norma. Tracy reads the café posts to her and she loves hearing from everyone.

Or is at least curious about how they taste.
Donald, I'm pleased that you're doing well.
Sadie, thanks for "keeping the home fires burning", and for the coffee.
thanks for keeping us up to date!

The weather in Florida is hot and humid, hitting 91-92 today. Thought about visiting Sunken Gardens, but I got up too late. Going tomorrow - really need to be there early when they first open so it isn't quite so hot and the plants look revived by the overnight dew.
Guess, I better deal with the house and some paperwork today.
Our fly catchers flew out of their nest today. Now they're huddled new a planter and seem afraid to fly again.
