Nancy Snyderman Claims Saudi Arabia is Better...

This is the way liberal/progressives work.Â She was on a national TV show.Â She's someone folks on the left admire.Â And, therefore, many will never bother to discover for themselves if that statement has any truth to it.

So does it?Â On the truth meter, it's a tough one to call, I think.

Does it really matter men and women are paid equally, when the fact remains that in Saudi Arabia, a woman is not allowed to work unless her husband, father or male guardian (and the guardian can even be a teen son!) gives permission?Â Talk about being equal.Â Not.

In Saudi Arabia, women are being given the right to vote.Â But they're still not allowed to drive.

Snyderman probably went from page 115 to page 815 in my book of folks I respect (in order) after her two absurd comments this week, one about abortion and this one about women in Saudi Arabia.

I just doubt "Saudi Arabia is Better Than The US On Equal Pay For Women" because a liberal said it. Does a Saudi woman get any control over the money she earns? OR, is that money earned then controlled by her husband? If so, it's not really like "equal pay" is it? But, as a liberal you can play it any way you want and NOT be questioned or called on it.

Yep, they'll believe anything "their team" says, and even if they don't believe it, and know it's a lie, that's OK too, it's "their team." They'll still repeat it over and over because hey, it's "their team."
