Miley Cyrus & Liam Hemsworth Wedding Dubbed 'Shocking'

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth just got engaged but their impending wedding has already been dubbed "shocking." Because the teen queen and her actor beau are so young, their engagement came as quite a surprise to many people. Even though they have been dating for three years, a wedding at age 19 is surprising, especially in this day and age.

"It's statistically proven that if you get married before the age of 26—it won't last forever. Needless to say, the odds aren't in Miley and Liam's favor," says Hollywood Life. Of course everyone realizes this, but these kids don't seem to care.

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth definitely have a good thing going, but people change so much in their 20's. It can be argued that the lives they live (as celebrities) age them in many ways, but will they both still be the same people in 10 years? And if not, will they still feel the same about one another?
