THE DARK SIDE TAKES OVER - ONCE AGAIN!
The dark side in entertainment has taken its stand & draws more attention & money than ever before & continus to amass from every perspective.
From our government to media entertainment, darkness is abounding. Nothing new, I know.

A great example is the recent opening of 'Snow White and the Huntsman' ... a Fairy Tale gone wild opened with better than expected $56.3 Million - about  $10 Million more than predicted.
The dark side has literally gone agafe & takes the spot light time & time again in our entertainment media world. And the public keeps dishing out the money to it.

According to Wiki the movies of 2012 have substantiated the theme of darkness & have made a mint doing so.

Why is mankind so infatuated with vampires, werewolves, zombies, aliens, murder, wars, magicians, witches, etc ...? Â Especially to the point of giving out their hard earned money nowadays to be so graphically entertained. Â All the dark pollution that is being progressively produced is also being sucked up by the majority & usually the young & the restless (no pun included).
I Â have to agree that there are many 'entertaining' themes going on in all these movie endeavors & yes it is always the proverbial fight between good & evil ... but such entertainment is totally thrilling us more & more with the emphasis on the dark evil side of life & it is perpetrating more evil. It is assaulting the minds of the young & the old.
Ever wonder why? Can we say it plainly? Can we call it what it really is?

Evil loves darkness. Darkness loves evil. Same ole' story, but a different tune being played out constantly. And, we are the pawns!
Because of all the talent & techno enhancements envolved - all the big names that support & act in such thrill raising heroics ... it draws more and more attention. And, even seems to be innocent enough as pure entertainment. But is it?
No, is the correct answer.
It is to the point that if it is not full of dark thrills & chills & fantastic computer genius techniques - no one wants to see such productions & the money loss is overwhelming. But in the meantime the human psyche has been stunted & desensitized with movie after movie, computer game after computer game, video after video - released from the dark side.
Is there a happy medium? I don't rightly know at this point. They do serve their purpose as to show off that such evilness is there & to be aware - but at what price?
Do we allow our spirit to be ruled by our soul & mind wanting to alleviate its curiosity & pleasure seeking experiences? Where do we seek the balance of not becoming a religious nut to being well balanced & able to handle such dark experiences?
I know, a lot of questions. But that is where I am at right now. Questioning everything, once again!

Snow White & the Huntsmen, based on the old well known Fairy Tale of Snow White & the Seven Dwarfs has hit the big screen - not the innocent Fairy Tale is use to be BUT now a in your face conglomerate of computer generated filters & screen shots to blow your mind ... perhaps it already has ...
My theory: if you want to foretell the future just watch television and follow the movies. They are used to blend the minds of people into the future. For example the TV series Kings and Game of Thrones. In other words, prepare yourself for world rule and domination by the Global Elite.

We have to be very, very careful what we let into our homes via the media......even when our son was very little, we had satellite t.v. and would only let him watch t.v. programs like "Nickelodeon," and then our PBS of course.....I closely monitored the t.v. programming around here (and, to a certain point, I still do!).
I have a huge DVD collection of the oldie programs....comedies and such, as well as Disney, etc.......they are great to "draw from" when I need some good, clean programs to watch!

Our brains are wired to want more of what gives us that first 'kick' ... whether it is GOOD for us or ultimately BAD ... the brain responds to the stimulus first - not the ethics envolved.
