You may be able to dress Kristen Stewart up from time to time, but you can't make her keep the dress on. Well, you can't keep all of the ensemble on at least. Stewart arrived at the MTV Movie Awards last night wearing a silver Guishem chemise with yellow and purple accents atop Christian Louboutin heels. It must not have fit within her comfort zone, however, since she made a significant fashion change as soon as the awards began.
Kristen swapped out her heels for her trademark black Converse, creating her own off-beat look at the event. The fashion trade was impossible not to notice since she had to take the stage not only to accept the Golden Popcorn for Best Movie, but also for Best Kiss. Unfortunately, she had to accept both awards without co-star and boyfriend Robert Pattinson.
It's not the first time Kristen Stewart has changed her footwear in the middle of a red carpet event. Last month in London, she traded her heels for sneakers at the premiere of Snow White and the Huntsman. It's not clear why this is becoming a regular practice, however. Is it some form of Hollywood rebellion or merely a matter of comfort? Regardless of whether Kristen wears Louboutin or Converse, it has no effect on her popularity or success.
