Eyewitness Saw Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber...

An eyewitness reportedly saw Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber during the incident involving a member of the paparazziÂ—for which Justin may be charged with assault. She claims things didn't go down quite the way the photographer says.

According to a report from E!, the woman who claims to be an eyewitness says several members of the paparazzi swarmed Justin Bieber's car as he and Selena approached it.

"Justin was simply trying to move their vehicle out of its parking space, but couldn't," she

says.

She says Justin Bieber yelled at the group of photographers to move out of the way so he could move the car but they refused. It was then that Justin got out of the car and came face to face with his accuser. It sounds like Selena Gomez must have exited the car at the same time because the couple returned to the parking lot later, saying she had lost her phone. They didn't find it.

During the alleged altercation, the eyewitness says Justin Bieber was knocked to the ground and lost a shoe. He had scrapes on his jaw as a result of the fall.

This certainly sheds some light on the entire incident in question, doesn't it? It sounds even more like Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez were simply trying to leave the parking lot in the car when photographers refused to allow them to do so.
