Judge Napolitano: President Obama Is Breaking the Law With ‘Kill List’

A recent report in the NY Times reveals that President Obama has a top secret “kill list,” a roster of people suspected of terror targeted for execution by drone. Judge Napolitano reacted to the legality of such action this morning on Fox and Friends, saying that the president is breaking the law. “He is personally deciding who to kill. He doesn’t have that authority, he could be prosecuted for it by a successor,” said Napolitano.

He continued, “This is so far from the country that the founders gave us that they would not recognize this president as the president of the United States of America.”

Just one day after a new poll showed that six out of 10 veterans support Mitt Romney over President Obama heading into the 2012 election, the New York Times released a front-page article that goes into the president’s role in the war on Al Qaeda and his personal “kill list.”

The piece, many say, illustrates a “strong” president who supports lethal action, detailing his ‘personally-maintained kill list’ which points out which terrorists and extremists he determines to have killed.

The article doesn’t stop there, however. Many critics are calling out the Times’ release of sensitive intelligence information within the article, saying that it raises questions about the administration’s relationship with the media.

Obama has really been on overload, thinking he is the bests thing God has ever created.

His agrogance is sickening and he walks just like a typical thug, remember those days where they just couldn't let go of those  private parts.  Yes I am being serious,

I grew up in a mostly black neighborhood and back in the day grabbing and holding onto their packages w was the kool mannly thing to do. Hold that thing higha nd tight as if to day " I am the best thing on the planet and look what I have.  Then comes that walk wiht the swinging hand back and forth slightly cupped.   Those familar with this walk know just what walk it is, where it comes from, and why.

OBAMA must have created it, since he still has that walk,  the walk of a city, drug slinging thug.  Look at his old pics and the way he carries himself.

HIS PROUD HERITAGE SHINES RIGHT THROUGH that walk and that ATTITUDE Michelle isn't any better. Never was and never will be.

All he would have to do is lose that " Im black attitude" it might sit better with people,

maybe if he stopped letting his wife go on shopping sprees around the world, and helping to pay for other family members .... do it for us maybe we won't have a problem with you or your wife.

Send our kids to the same schools as your top brass brats go to, spoiled and want for nothing, yet a brother has a kid hungry, cold,  and the mothers a druggie  whose helping this man out certainly isn't Obama now is it.

We will all be this way if we do not get this freak zoid the hell out of office, along with all the other crooked cronies that have sat in the Presidents seat,  they to contribute to this  prison planet.

We have imprisoned our freedom, and liberties at the hands of our own doings.
