SPAM or Conspiracy? LOL You Be the Judge!

Unable to figure out WHY the above mentioned article was flagged; I joined this group: The Terms of Service (TOS) Discussion Center,Â to read why the article might have been labeled spam and taken down.Â Unable to find anywhere on Gather and the above mentioned group why it was labeled SPAM, I posted this comment:Â

Â Â â€œI have spent close to an hour trying to find out why this article was tagged as spam?Â Â I have NOT received: A review from Gather stating why it was marked as spam, nor could I find the HELP link and Reviewing the Editoral (sic) Policy Link when I hovered over the ? to be sure this does NOT happen again... As I try to adhere to the Gather rules to the best of my ability?

I have tried to FIND a simple page on TOS to READ what I MIGHT have done, but to no avail... AND unfortunaley (sic) I do NOT have the time to READ EVERY COMMENT in this group; which I JUST JOINED, to refresh my memory. Can you please HELP?

I truly hope this is NOT the case:Â

That people can flag at will for no reason and put your

article on hold until a review is done in... HOW MANY DAYS?Â

The article was up from 12:56 am my time, until about 8 am May 20th; so it did have some views, but it has been un-viewable by the public until today, MAY 23, 2012. Since the posting of my comment at:Â The Terms of Service (TOS) Discussion Center,Â I have received NO COMMENT or Explanation from Gather; as to why the article was flagged and then un-flagged? Also, the article lists it as still being in the SPOTLIGHT which it is NOT, and I am unable to spotlight it as it was before? View article below:
