On American Idol 2012 tonight, Jessica Sanchez and Phillip Phillips will be joined by a host of musical superstars in the American Idol 2012 finale who will peform before the new American Idol winner is revealed. While fans wait impatiently to find out who will be the American Idol 2012 winner, the producers will attempt to keep them amused with performances by such music icons as Rihanna and Aerosmith, featuring judge Steven Tyler.
The American Idol 2012 finale will also include tributes to recently passed music legends Donna Summer and Robin Gibb of the Bee Gees. The top 12 finalist ladies will perform a Donna Summer group number and the guys will perform a Bee Gees number. They will reportedly be joined by an amazing cast of singers, including Gloria Gaynor, Thelma Houston, Gladys Knight, Nelly Furtado and Sheila E.
