This morning, Radar Online, reports that Bethenny has secretly visited her divorce lawyer to ensure she protects her fortune if a divorce will happen. According to the website, Jason has also visited a divorce lawyer because he wants to ensure he gets a good chunk of her fortune since he supported her and worked with her while building the SkinnyGirl brand.
While this story is probably a rumor since Bethenny and Jason have been working things out, people are desperate to tear her down. For one, a source has started a rumor that Bethenny is cheating on Jason with a man named Matt, who is her business partner. According to the source, Bethenny Frankel and Matt went out for dinner in New York City where they were quite close. "They walked through the restaurant with his chest pressed up against her back, and she leaned back and he whispered in her ear," says an eyewitness. "Then, they went up the stairs to a private dining area together, literally with their arms wrapped around each other."
Apparently Jason has been in the loop about the affair, which is why he has been visiting divorce lawyers.
