Are you saying that you feel this letter was addressed to you? Do I even need to ask?

I am talking about the people you rejected in your post above. It was quite a list according to the title of the post. That list includes many millions of American citizens in all walks of life. I would suggest that it includes perhaps half of the adult population of the nation.

In a democracy, the people make certain decisions for the nation by elections. The people of a democracy are all on the same side and are a group that acts together of the people, by the people, and for the people. They do not treat each other as enemies and attempt to exploit or destroy those who do not vote the same way. Dictatorships, tyrants, autocrats attempt to exploit or destroy those who disagree politically.

From your post it appeared to me (my error, I hope) that you were taking the attitude of "my way or the highway" toward your fellow citizens. That you hoped to drive them from our shores. That they must give in to your demands or you would destroy them. That is not the attitude of someone who believes in democracy.

I believed this post was addressed to about half the adult citizens of the U.S.A. I strongly suspected that I was one of those to whom it was addressed though I was not sure of that.

So if I was wrong in those three sentences above, just what are you trying to do with this post?

Yes, you were wrong in how you read it. A question was asked at the end, on whether or not those groups would be okay with us keeping our flag, constitution, Judeo-Christian values, our Bible, etc.

Essentially, everything the left despises is what the right wants to keep in place for the country. I would think it would thrill them to pieces.

But as was also pointed out, all of these groups would have to make it on their own, so my guess is they wouldn't want to to that.

There you and I have complete agreement except for the capitalism. According to definitions of capitalism as being the free market there is no capitalism since the those greedy corporations have taken over the government to eliminate the free market. A free market is very liberal because anyone can enter that market and there is transparency of information (both buyer and seller have the same information). These are very liberal ideas.

The Founders were republicans. Not George Bush jr or sr, or John McCain Republicans; they were philosophical republicans (with a small "r"). This meant they believed that successful representative governments required the subordination of individual personal interests to the welfare of the community. They believed that the political process was all about identifying the common good. It was not about competition and disagreement; politics was a process in which rational voters and officials calmly sorted out what best served the entire community. The end result was not one camp of winners and another of losers, but the entire electorate united behind a common vision.

This is brilliant and an obvious answer, except that the far left lives to dominate and rob from others, so they would never agree to it. We'd have to fight another Civil War, but I suspect that their side would hardly bother except maybe toss a few rocks our way while waving the peace sign at each other.

I suggest we take the heartland and Gulf and Alaskan Coasts for outlets for our Capitalist commerce, while they can hug the east and west coasts like they do now and wait for cargoes of things they can't and won't make themselves to arrive from China, at least until their credit runs out, which won't take long.

Another problem though is the International Marxists among them will agitate to take over our part, since according to Marx Communism must eventually spread over the whole globe. They and their onetime ally Radical Islam will clash over who gets to run the world, but neither woill be able to conquer us once we rearm with enough nukes to deter their agression. They won't want their video games interrupted by nuclear retaliation.

Or we could take the coasts and live on all the borders, and let them have the middle. Or I'm sure as soon as one of the socialist or islamic countries heard about the plan, they'd lure them over there with a promise to take care of them. That would work out even better...for us.

There would have to be mass relocations since the bulk of Socialists live in coastal states east and west. And they would eventually find they would have to *shudder* work for a living and farm, raise animals and extract natural resources for their survival and prosperity.

That would be good for them in the long run perhaps but then the bulk of America's remaining producers already tend to live in the middle and they would have to adjust too and why should they suffer for Socialist myopia? Better to leave most people in place where they are and keep the core of Judeo-Christian Constitutional America intact.

A north-south split might work well too but all the Socialists in all the big Southern cities would have to relocate, as would all the J-CC patriots in northern states like Ohio and Pennsylvania.

We could give them all of California so the Southern Socialists could move to San Diego and LA. I think it would be comical to see them struggle with totalitarian Marxism while we are not affected much by their ignorant choice.

Don't they know anything about the great depression before FDR and his massive entitlement programs. Didn't they learn that Americans suffered and struggled, but survived?

So any memorial to any American military person or action is anathema to them. On the upside, conservativism in the military may be the only reason the Obamunists have not gone full-blown Communist revolution. Obummer knows he cannot count on the US military to do his oppressive bidding. He has no Brownshirted National Socialist army or no Bolshevik ex-World War I army to intimidate and enforce the complete eradication of the Constitution and establishment of a personal totalitarian dictatorship. I remain convinced this is also a main reason he continues the otherwise doomed-to-failure Afghanistan war. The Russians squandered crucial manpower and treasure there in the 1980s. Now it's our turn to try to subjugate the unsubjugatable and reform the stubbornly ungovernable Afghani people.

Afghanistan ties up a big bunch of O's potential active political opposition.
