I believe the kid was murdered. If Zimmerman hadn't followed him like the police told him not to do, the kid would be alive now.

That part is true, but we don't know all the evidence yet. It's easy to say if he did like the police told him, but we weren't there. I'll wait to hear all the evidence.

It is pitiful for everyone. But we have a promise that we can claim if we trust God "He promised all things would work together for good to those that love God, to those that are called according to HIS purpose."

Hoodies creep me out. What are people hiding? A guy walked down our street one day when the temperature was 85 and he had on a heavy hoodie. Makes people look like they're totally stupid or hiding something.

Marilyn, I think it started out as a fad, like hip-hugger bell bottoms were when I was teen, to just wear it up all the time. Maybe to look tough, I don't know.

My son liked to wear the hood up on cold days instead of wearing a hat. In the summer he wears bseball caps.

I would only put the hood up if it started raining and I didn't have an umbrella.

Kids have told my daughter that it is a gang sign to wear a black hoodie that is up, so all the surprise over being an innocent hoodie is bunk. Not that that in and of itself should get a kid shot, but it's definitively a problem.

Only George Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin know what really took place that day. I say George Zimmerman should have listened to the police and not went after him. I still say where there is a gun, there is trouble waiting to happen.
