One source is claiming that Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan don't sleep together ever since the birth of their baby girl more than six months ago.
But is this true?
For starters, the source is one that has obviously been translated into English so the gist of the story may not exactly be what is written. Still, even if the reporting is accurate, it's hard to believe anyone has been around the bedroom scene at the Rai-Bachchan house when it's time to sleep to see who sleeps where.
And that leads to another matter: Maybe certain people in the household need to sleep at different times given the whims of the tiny bundle of joy with whom Aishwarya and Abhishek live and with whom they dearly love.
In any case, the report that says that mom shares her bed with Beti B (allegedly now formally named Aaradhya) while dad sleeps in other quarters these days may be correct but may not be a matter of choice. This arrangement may be simply a matter of practicality.
After all, how many American couples split up their sleeping time to take care of their children when they are very small in their own particular way? Certainly this prominent Indian couple needs to raise their kid while working hard so this may be a case of Abhishek needing to get a solid eight hours of shut-eye without interruption.
With all of this to take under consideration, at the end of the day it probably doesn't matter if Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan don't sleep together in the same room these days. It's obvious they love each other and that both celebrities love their baby daughter. And, after all, it is this tiny human who seems to be the most important person to accommodate in this particular household in these early days in her precious life.

In any case if you read the original interview you'll see that Oye got it right. Abhishek told the TOI that he sleeps in a different room. That's all I was confused by.
