iPhone 5 release date rumors and news suggest the next iOS 6 Apple smartphone features and specs are "all but confirmed." Apple lovers have waited for the gadget to make an appearance, but so far the makers of the new mobile device have kept everything under wraps.

A recent article suggest the next Apple smartphone will have the rumored 4-inch screen after all. The larger screen has been a major topic lately, though it was mostly just speculation coming from anxious Apple enthusiasts.
"The new iPhone screens will measure 4 inches from corner to corner. ... Early production of the new screens has begun at...Korea's LG Display Co Ltd, Sharp Corp and Japan Display Inc. ... That would allow the new iPhone to go into production as soon as August."
If these iPhone 5 release date and features rumors are true, then the Apple smartphone would not be in the manufacturing process until after the June WWDC -- thus tossing out any chance of a launch before September or October.
Do you think the finished device, which fans will see when the iPhone 5 release date finally arrives, will have a 4-inch display? What other specs and features would you like to see on the next Apple mobile handset?
