Grey's Anatomy season 8 comes to an end tonight with episode 24, "Flight," and while everyone's talking about the big plane crash and the big death coming up, there are other storylines that need to be resolved before the season ends. One of those is Bailey's.
Grey's Season 8 Episode 24 "Flight" Spoilers
While the residents have been deciding what they want to do with their futures and where they want to go, Bailey is now faced with her own decision: does she want to stay or go? With Ben leaving Seattle and that proposal, Bailey sure has a lot to think about, and perhaps with her residents all leaving, she could decide that it's time for her to do the same. However, that's also because she doesn't know about the plane crash, and it's still uncertain just what that will mean for everyone's future.
Chandra Wilson told E! Online, "It's safe to say she will react in Bailey style," and did say that there will be "a little more relationship closure" in the Grey's Anatomy season 8 finale. After all, the hospital's going to have no idea about the plane crash, so that means Bailey could think about this without worrying about the others. However, because of that, she could also make one decision and change it later once she hears about what happened. Since Chandra Wilson is signed on for more Grey's, she's obviously not leaving the show, but that doesn't give any hints about what the future will hold for Ben and Bailey.
