A good mom's day,,

Sorry I am so so behind here.. 

Yet Mom's day.  My son said it best in his way late sunday nite @ 11:45 text.   Every day is mom day because we are the best.  (that save his butt,LOL)

Yet on Mom's day,,  I had another long day.   My hubby was going to take me out for breakfast, yet our small town only had two resturant and he drove by one and he said the line was outragous..  So we had a date nite on monday,, another post to follow.

So then my daughter and her family pick me up, We went to a thing calle Farmer Market in Omaha,  it was good,  I even ran into folks that remember me 25 yrs ago,  (another post to follow).

Then off to my step sister.  Her husband and all the guys in his family went to Canada to go fishing. So the step sister thought of having a brunch with her sister in laws, and our sise of the family.  We had over 75 folks there(both large families)

It was out of this world,  we had bacon and egg  and spinish quiche, hashbrown egg casserole. Biscuts(homemade), cinniomon rolls, bacon, sauage links and patties, a yogurt bar and cereal bar, fruit salad.  all the fixings you can think of.  And all kind of drinks from Bloody marys to orange juice.  I even had a champange juice thing,  it was real good.

Spent time with my step mom and My step sister MIL.. Real fun.  Then the Kids and I went geocery shopping,  I had my own coupons I shared with them and show them trick of savings,,  they save about $30 of a $190 food bill.  My SIL is not good on shopping,  (another post maybe)

Yet all in all it was good,  my step son brought us dinner at Subways,  man my diet went to hell this weekend  LOL
