Lunchtime Conversation
On a whim I’d bought this new product, “Cauliflower in a Can” for lunch. The instructions said, “Remove from the can and add two drops of water.” I opened it, took out this dehydrated, shrunken lump, and added the water. One minute later it went “poof”, but I didn’t have lunch.
“Hello.”
I stared, for on my plate sat a Muppet Cauliflower. “Uh, hello? What just happened and where’s my lunch?”
“Um, you’re not Dr. Bunsen Honeydew and this isn’t Muppet Labs?”
“No, afraid not.” I sighed and reached for the phone. First call for takeout, second to Muppet Labs.
The Prompt:

I think a talking Moppet Cauliflower "poofing" on my plate would go a long ways to spoil my lunch ...
