Kris Jenner's Lips: What Caused Painful Trout Pout?

What is up with Kris Jenner and her lips? The momager sported a painful looking trout pout in a preview up the family show's upcoming seventh season. Was it fake or real?

The 56-year-old mom looks like she is hiding a hotdog under her top lip in the promo, but recent pictures of her show her lip looking normal. What happened to Kris Jenner's lip? Did she have a cosmetic procedure? Did she have an allergic reaction? So far nobody knows, and it likely won't all shake out until the seventh season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians airs.

The entire family shows up in Kris Jenner's bedroom to see what has happened, and everybody appears to be pretty surprised. What do you think happened? Did she have a bad reaction, or is the trout pout fake to trick the family and generate some buzz about the upcoming premier? One thing is certain, the swollen lip looks painful, and her mouth does not appear to be permanently changed.
