Death is no more than passing from one room into another.
But there's a difference for me, you know. Because in that other room I shall be able to see.

Thanks so much for sharing! I really do enjoy your quotes!
Death followed by resurrection is what amounts to passing from one room into another. In that other room Helen Keller shall be able to see and hear.
So to me Helen Keller is still in passage. I expect that one day she will get into that "other room" and I expect to meet her there when I too enter that "other room".
I cannot imagine not believing in immortality.
Believing Dustin's soul lives on forever is what gets me through the day.
The instinctive approach produced the conclusion that the soul is immortal but I couldn't resolve the contradictions that appeared when I applied reason and logic.
This is so true...
1 Corinthians 15:53 This body that decays must be changed into a body that cannot decay. This mortal body must be changed into a body that will live forever. (God's word translation)
Revelation 21:4 He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.
