Last night I was greatly blessed by the street folk and homeless to whom I minister. The gift they gave to me was more precious than any money could buy, I will treasure it always. I've regretted that I am not in the position to help any of those to whom I minister in any material way, but it seems that just being there to hear them without judging them or trying to 'fix' them is the most valuable thing I offer. It seems there are a plethora of people who think that those who are homeless or who choose to 'live rough' need their help to fix them, but few bother to listen to their real needs...I find that sad.
Just thought I'd share....and wanted to wish all the mother's out there a HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY. God bless.
