Thai Coconut Rice

Yield: 6 servings
2 1/2 c Basmati rice
4 ea 10oz cans coconut milk
Salt to taste
Combine rice, coconut milk & salt in a pan over high-heat.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat then cover & simmer for 20-25 mins.r until liquid is absorbed & rice is tender.
Serve with meats.
