Cain's Mentor(Thursday Writing Essential 05/10/12)

After soundly whipping some thugs in a local saloon, Kwai Chang Cain left town to continue his journey. His masters at the Shaolin Temple had always encouraged him to follow his own path, to become one with nature and the universe. Perhaps it was Master Po who encouraged him the most. When Cain finally snatched the pebble from his hand, Master Po looked at him intently and said, "Time to get off your lazy butt and make something of yourself!"

Wow! This really works my friend and you very much met the challenge. I made a mistake in not asking my friends of Gather Writing Essentials to wait to post until Thursday. You did everything I asked you to do. This was entirely my mistake. Thank you for accepting my challenge.

I love this piece. Great work and if you respond to Kevin's response on my editor's day, Wednesday, no problem. As long as it says Thursday Writing Essentials I'll accept it and I'll send it on out. Seems to me that if I give a WWE challenge and you give up to Tuesday the following week to post, what's it going to hurt posting a day early.
