Kristen Stewart Sizzles on Another Magazine Cover without Robert Pattinson

Kristen Stewart and her boyfriend Robert Pattinson have steamed up the newsstands plenty of times, posing together for magazine covers the likes of Entertainment Weekly for each buzz-worthy installment of their blockbuster movie series, The Twilight Saga. And the last two Breaking Dawn flicks have only given birth to even more sexy covers, as the intensity of Edward Cullen and Bella Swan's relationship increases. Of course, the couple have made waves on their own, too, with solo glossy features. But, this time, Stewart is heating up the cover of M magazine with another guy--make that two. And Pattinson is nowhere in sight!

Garrett Hedlund is Kristen Stewart's handsome posing partner for the French publication--so is Sam Riley. The trio is starring in On The Road (Stewart and Hedlund play husband and wife), the adaptation of the Jack Kerouac classic, as E! Online reminds. M really pulled out all the stops for this cover, too, which marks the title's special Cannes edition. It's shot in black and white, which already ups the moody and artsy factor. And the composition is a true knockout with Hedlund and Riley looking a bit rough around the edges and each dragging on a cigarette, while juxtaposed to a positively sizzling screen siren Stewart.

It's interesting that Hedlund shares some of Pattinson's same hunky and slightly scruffy attributes, although he's missing that British charm thing. But still, he and Stewart do look pretty darn good together, as can be witnessed in a photo of the cover posted on E! Online. The knockout pair can also be seen together in their recent Jalouse magazine feature. It's a completely different look than M's, but still delivers a dose of sultry appeal.

That said, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson's Twilight magazine covers are perhaps made all the more provocative, given the two actors' on-screen love story and off-screen romance. While Stewart and Garrett Hedlund don't share that same real-life relationship, they still generate plenty of chemistry--at least in pictures.
