Grey's Season 8 Episode 23 "Migration" Sneak Peeks
The clips that have been released aren't just about the residents' futures, though the future is a common thread throughout them. There is some medicine mentioned, but what everyone's wondering is where these doctors will be in their lives when the season ends.
In the first "Migration sneak peek (below), Ben has a nice breakfast and crossword planned for him and Bailey, and he's looking forward to spending the day together. However, she's going into work, ruining those plans. Do those plans of his have anything to do with the fact that they're going to be deciding something about their relationship in the season finale? Will they take a big step forward?
The second clip (below) shows Ben finding Bailey at work, still upset about their plans being ruined. However, she's too focused on her once-in-a-lifetime parasite and refuses to be swayed away from her work, even for lunch. He leaves her alone.
The third Grey's Anatomy season 8 episode 23 sneak peek (below) shows that Derek and Meredith have very different visions of their future. She wants to stay in Seattle, while he wants to leave for Boston. He has family on the East Coast and a good offer from Harvard. However, she argues that she has Lexie and Cristina could go to Stanford, which would only be a two-hour plane ride. Derek argues Cristina could end up at Columbia, which would just be a two-hour train ride. She's adamant about staying, but he feels the same about going. Who's going to win that argument?
In the fourth clip (below), the residents are partying in celebration, and each time a phone rings, they turn the music down before turning it back up right after. Cristina gets another offer as hospitals try to woo her to choose them, but April gets an offer pulled since she failed the boards. She has to yell at them to turn the music back up. April's future isn't looking so good, and everyone—especially Jackson—is concerned.
