Queen Elizabeth took a page from Kate Middleton's style book when she wore the same dress twice. This can only be a good thing for the monarchy's public image.

has shown a penchant for repeating her outfits, and not only is it frugal, it is also great. If it looked good the first time, then why wouldn't it be a hit the second time? It only makes sense to re-wear beautiful articles of clothing.
Her Majesty the Queen recently recycled a beautiful pink outfit that she first wore at the Diamond Jubilee kickoff event at Leicester, which Kate Middleton accompanied her to. Queen Elizabeth showed up at her Mad Hatter's event wearing the hot pink outfit, and she was stunning in it once again. Pink is certainly her color.
The Queen's recycled dress was incredibly successful, and she showed that she realizes that things are tough for people in the U.K. and around the world. It is nice seeing even the royals being careful with their clothing and money choices. Isn't it great that Kate Middleton brought such a positive change to the royal family in Britain? She has been a positive role model for commoners and royals alike.

It'll certainly be a cold day in hell before a woman who has been the ruler of a country (and commonwealth) for so long takes advice from a woman who has only been in her family for ONE YEAR.
