This article lists the five fastest growing cities in the U.S. Three Texas cities are in the five.

According to the article, Texas capitalized on low taxes and cheap real estate to draw in jobs.

1. Austin, TX

2. Dallas-Ft. Worth, TX

3. San Jose, CA

4. Houston, TX

5. Salt Lake City, UT

These Texas cities have the right idea. Memphis lost a lot of big companies because they didn't offer big enough tax breaks. It's worth it for the city to do this to help keep jobs; they are going to make it up, in part, when they tax the workers.

Nope but it has grown alot in the past 10 years. i don't mind seeing a city grow. But when I see historical places and building being torn away or removed Well, that saddens me.
