Emily Maynard is going to be faced with some drama on the new season of The Bachelorette, that goes without saying. The southern belle is well on her way to finding love and with the new season set to air next Monday night, some details are already leaking on the internet.
Perhaps not a spoiler, Celebuzz has learned that 
one of Em's 25 suitors has a criminal record. However, it's not as bad as you might think. Joe Gendreau, 27, was arrested for DUI in 2008. He also got in trouble for running a red light (watch out now) and urinating in public (in 2005). Well, if Joe is this season's "bad boy," then Emily Maynard doesn't have it too bad, does she?
Many people are excited for the new season of The Bachelorette to begin. Emily is so lovely and it is going to be nice to see her take the helm and try to find a man who is right for her. Will you be watching? Any early guesses on who Emily might choose in the end?
