Difficult Days

I went home from work because I felt so bad I couldn't think.  Some days are like that.  The joys of fibromyalgia.  At home I can sleep and rest.  Unfortunately about the time I get up the rest of the world is settling down for the night.  Then I can't sleep and I am up half the night.  So then the next day I hurt because I have to get up and moving.  It's a vicious cycle.

I feel for you. I have a hard time sleeping at night too. I hope you get to where you can sleep as you should.

Fibromyalgia is very intrusive and I know what you are going through.

Mylinda I hope you are better soon.I don't have Fibro but I do have another Auto Immune Disorder called Sarcoidosis. It's caused Nuroropathy so I can associate with you.

Please resarch and look at your true diet. I believe hope is in good nutrition.
