LINDSAY LOHAN Finally Off The Hook Regarding Hit-And-Run Allegation

According to the latest celebrity news, LINDSAY LOHAN is finally off the hook regarding the hit-and-run allegations against her.

Good for her!

In case anyone’s forgotten, Lindsay was said to be involved in a so-called hit-and-run incident by Thaer Kamal, a club manager whom she struck while driving on her way out of Sayers Club, way before she was even granted her freedom from formal probation.

Cops have observed LiLo Porsche had no scratches, and in addition to that, the suspicious man was reported to change his story often—especially when he found that the car that “hit” him was being driven by the actress.

Now the authorities have finally trashed the case and LiLo will not be prosecuted.

TMZ explained:

“According to the L.A. County D.A.’s rejection notification, Kamal was a “non-credible witness” who changed his story and refused to cooperate with law enforcement.  He refused, among other things, to produce the medical records he claims he had from his alleged hospital visit.”

The site also confirms LiLo‘s defense that he had not hit Kamal with his car, stating:

“Cops also say the surveillance video shows ‘no collision.’”

Whew, that was pretty close! After much waiting, we’re glad to hear that LiLo is in fact innocent.

Now sue him back, girl!
