The above quote has been coming to my mind a lot lately. I have been going to pain group therapy for about 4 months. I have found it to be a great source of support. The reason I mention this is that there is secret that we often overlook. That secret is all about what we believe or what we tell ourselves we believe. When the road we are traveling in life gets rough, the things we say to ourselves can make it worse or make it tolerable. It is our individual choice.

I am really glad you liked the quote. It just seems to be calling out to me these days. You know how it is when you have one of those "AH HA" moments. :)
I'm afraid you'll get dozens of questions about a "points freeze".

Group therapy has been a great deal of help to me. I was getting so depressed and felt so alone. It is great to know that I am not as alone as I felt.
A study was done a few years ago. I forget the exact year. Women who were diagnosed with terminal breast cancer were divided into two groups. One received treatment. The second was receiving treatment and support group. The ones in support groups lived an average of 18 months longer than the group who did not.
Re: Group Therapy: I hope it helps with your pain as well.
I knew that but I didn't have time to do as much research as I needed to do for a poetry edition. I still have poet interviews to post as well. I have been really sick.
How is your husband doing?
I have no idea about the points. I will check my email now. I Have not been able to be online for over a week. Been in and our of the hospital and it was serious so I really did not have the strength to do anything.
I will do some research now and contact Chuck if I need too. Will let you know.
