Has There Been Any News on This Whole Point Freeze Thing?

I just got home from the chiropracter and I was hoping the point freeze problem woud be fixed or at least there would be some news about it. 

I am wondering if I missed something since I have not been on since atou 6:00 PM last night.  Has there been any news from Gather at all about what is going on?
